Harvest

If any of you have any FRUIT or VEGETABLES in your gardens that you do not want or have a need for. Please let us know. We have others in the ward that might have a need and will come and pick and harvest those crops. If you are one that would like to harvest please let us know as well so we can point you in the right direction.

Honey

Honey is an amazing food. It has many uses.
We are going to order a large amount for our food storage. If you would like some please have your money to us by the end of the month. (Sept 30th)

Getting local honey is a good way to support our community as well as getting the pollen from our local Utah orchards to help with allergies.
Honey doesn't spoil and stores well for adding a healthy sweetener to your food storage.
You can ad honey to most recipes that ask for Sugar.

Case Lot Sale

Harmons is having a great case lot sale Sept 1 - Sept 21. This is a good time to stock up on a few things. Remember to get what you will use. Also when you use it, replace it. not when it runs out. That way you can keep up the food storage and it doesn't go bad.
